I don't do this workout very often basically because I just don't know how to classify it.
Anyway, I just got done doing it and I feel great. I guess I'll just consider it a 'feel good' workout and not get so focused on trying to fit it into a typical category...
Would you consider it to be like a workout you would do on a rest day? I am curious, I still have this one and have not done it in a while. I like doing a workout on my rest day, such as a easy yoga, or pilates workout. This one might fit the bill.
That's an excellent way to describe it! I didn't feel like doing the workout that I was originally planning on doing today - just didn't have the oomph - and I'm glad I did it. Nothing intense but I feel good and stretched and calm.
I love the Flex Posture led by Anna- I will do it as a rest day workout or if I am breaking my day into two workouts I will use it as my am workout, and do cardio in the afternoon
or vice versa depending on how my body feels in the morning. It is a great rest day workout!

I didn't really like this one the first time I did it. The second time I did it, I began to understand it, and by the third time, I was in love with it.
