Good Flexibility Program

So I am looking for a good flexibility program. I like zhealth but their stuff isn't online for the lay person yet (and it has said to stay tune for months now...). I do lots of yoga and such but I want something just dedicated to flexibility (so that my yoga practice can get better). I want to do downward dog with straight legs! Are there any programs you can recommend? Thank you!

Just choose the option you are interested in from the drop down menu on that page. The Foundations program ($3.99/month) is the program from their first DVD and the advanced ($4.99/month) is from the second DVD. LITE (Stretch Express) is $1.99/month, and they have office stretches for $1.99/month. Total access (all inclisive) is $9.99/month or $99.99 a year.

ok I am going to answer my own question! lol! I have a subscription to alomoves. I have been using Dylan Werner's two programs Elasticity and Plasticity for the fascia. It feels like a massage after and I am enjoying it.
