Linda, no problem--I have a bunch of YT playlists for myself, so they are easy enough to share.

I acquired Mark Lauren Mobility Rx in a trade. Did both workouts this weekend... love it!

Each workout has 4 movements. Each movement is repeated 5 times. He did 3 rounds. Each round has a variation of the same move.

Haven't read this whole thread so my apologies if this has been mentioned, but I did hear an ad for Kelly Starrett's app -- apparently you point to a part of your body and it "prescribes" what you need to make it feel better. Sounded intriguing. The ad I heard mentioned a free two week trial and then half off of a three month subscription. If anyone is interested I could find the details -- it was through Wellness Mama's podcast.

Thanks for this! I signed up for the free trial of his on-demand site and the first workout in his PREP series (very light workout) has my shoulders and hips as loose as I think they've ever been. Apparently I need more mobility workouts in my life immediately!

Jessica Smith's Gentle Yoga for Balance, Flexibility, and Mobility (DVD) is really good. There are four 20-minute segments (neck/shoulders, back/chest, hips/knees, and total body).
