I don't have the Wnsor workout but I second the Supermodel Series band work at the end! It is great. I also like the cardio intervals in the first segment of this dvd. It's just enough cardio and upper body that gets your heart rate up but is not exhausting. I can be modified easily too.

Not specifically looking for Pilates, just lower body band workouts, so thanks for all the suggestions. I'll check them out.

Mari Winsor has a lower body workout from her Power Sculpting Band series. It is very similar to the original but uses the band. You might be able to find one on Marketplace or Ebay.
