I like Body, Bands, and Rings by Lynn Hahn. It is a fairly no nonsense, straightforward strength workout using those items (and a chair for some moves).

Old thread alert!

Resurrecting this old thread as I'm looking for more workouts in my library that use resistance bands only since I ditched all my dumbbells and barbells when moving house and don't want to replace them. Any recent resistance band workout favorites to add to this list? (Try as I might, I just can't seem to feel the love for pilates, yoga or barre.)

this is an awesome idea! try adapting your dumbbell workouts to bands once you know the basic moves using a band.

I like the premix on Cathe's Stretch Max that uses the band.

May have already been mentioned, but I like Mindy Mylrea's Strength Toolbox. A segment uses bands for lower body and upper body. I also like her All About Arms and All About Legs. Both have segments that use tubing.

Oldie but goodie (only on VHS, found at Goodwill in April this year): Body A.R.T (A for Alignment, R for Reshaping, T for Toning) by Marianne Nicolosi (one hit wonder). It uses bands for chest and back work, along with hamstring, inner thigh, and quadriceps work. Dumbbells are also used for upper body and standing lower body work.

75 minutes, and very hard to find. I have it transferred to DVD because it's very good.

One of my favorites. Too bad about the one hit wonder part. I think she's raising horses in Illinois now.

Here's a site I found for resistance band training: https://resistancebandtraining.com
