I do step at least once or twice a week, and my current favs are: Cathe's athletic step, lomax, cardio fusion, still love Cathe's Imax 2, Christi's solid gold step, step heaven, and have also done a bunch of Patrick G (although I do have a learning curve with his choreography, once you get it, very high fun factor). I also enjoy Tracey S's steady state step.

I always wished that Kari Anderson would put Body Tech on DVD. The step routine was a lot of fun.

I've been using Gilad's Step Aerobics the past couple weeks. It's lots of fun for me. The choreography is about as simple as it gets. BUT it is still a challenging workout. I have always loved Cher's old step workout. I never do it anymore though bc it's only on VHS.

My fave is Stepping Up with Seasun Zieger.

Still also a fave is Rythmic Step with Cathe.
Steady State Step with Tracey Staehle is another fun one.

One of my favorites! It would be nice to have it on DVD but only if it was pressed. I don't want a DVD-R (they used DVD-R for Angles, Lines and Curves 1).

Christi's Still Steppin is my absolute fave, no dread step DVD. It's such good fun and the music's great. I usually find her step choreo quite difficult but I can do this one no probs.

I love step too
ditto. Great soundtrack.
Totally Cool Step and Step Blast are two of my other favorites. TCS can be addictive.

I also like Cathe's Low Impact Circuit also, there is a step premix that is a lot of fun.

While these are simpler, I also like Gilad Step Aerobics, Christi Taylor Mission Possible,
and Kathy Smith Power Step but that one is harder to find these days.

I can't do step workouts any more due to my knees. But, when I was and if I were, my favorite was Rebecca Small. The woman puts together such fun combinations. People in my check ins always knew when I had done one of her workouts because I started my report with "Whhhhhheeeeeeee!" She doesn't get a lot of press, but is worth considering.

I also liked Christi Taylor and Kari Anderson.
