Amy Bento's Hi/Lo Cardio Knockout (because of the music and Amy's personality)
Imax 3 (Call me crazy. I skip the plie jacks and take out most the jumps off the step because they hurt my low back).

I don't really smile and laugh during workouts that have a 'fun factor' for me. Those would be kickboxing workouts.

I also have fun with workouts where I feel like I"m playing (being able to use different "toys" --a.k.a. "fitness equipment'--like med balls, stability balls, etc.).

I like Tracy and really like what she does for my body. But, no, her workouts are not fun (have never tried her Mat one, though). I view her workouts kind of like eating right. I like healthy food, and I often enjoy it, but I don't consider a good healthy salad on par with an ice cream sundae.

Although, I do have to admit that once I truly learn the routines, I'll bet you Dance Method DVD will be up there. It's fun.

Oh there's so many! But when I think "fun" the first ones that come to mind are:
*Natalie Cassidy's Then & Now (UK, region 2)
*Bellyfit
*KCM's 30 Mins to Fitness (most of them)

I recently rediscovered Piloxing. I mean it's been in my pile of DVDs but it was long ignored. I had it on my trade list, and then someone expressed interest in it, so I thought I better try it again to make sure I'm ready to part with it. Well I wasn't! I've done it twice since. So much fun!

I just bought this one, because I found it cheap on Amazon, and it was mentioned in a thread about NIA, which I was interested in trying. I have yet to do it. It’s been on my todo list for days, but then so have a handful of other workouts. Unfortunately, I can only do one a day!

I haven't seen it mentioned but Rockin' Models has a very high "fun" factor for me. I love it!

I would say - Forza2, Atletica, AOS Newport, and any of the Paul Katami workouts - I am always smiling during those!
