Joanie Greggains - Holiday Workout

I just learned this on the Leslie walk club forum -- Joanie's Holiday Workout is now on DVD! Great, goofy fun when you're in the mood for it. On her website, $12.95, free shipping. http://greggainshealthmatrix.com/holiday.html

I splurged! Then saw her new Morning Stretch in Japan DVD! Then splurged again! My checking account is nearly depleted (seriously!)

I had it on vhs at one time. It is fairly high impact if memory serves. I wish there were more workouts to Christmas music.

In the description it says that she uses light weights while keeping the lower body moving aerobically. Can this workout be done low impact?

Are there any clips?

Definitely can be done low impact -I got this on vhs last year and did itquite a bit. It is so Cheerful, and Joanie is so funny.
It is a really easy workout- you can intensify it but I used it for super busy days when I wanted to get a quick cardio workout.
fun, I always laugh my way through it.

Thanks Donna. Great to know this happy, festive workout can be modified. Looking forward to my first Holiday Workout

I previewed Holiday Workout this morning and it does look like fun (and a great Leslie alternative). Thanks OP for starting this thread!

But now I'm tempted by some of Joanie's other DVDs - Morning Stretch in Japan, Classical Workout, and Doo Wop Dance Workout. Are any of these good, does anyone know? I'm having a hard time narrowing it down to just one more.
