Hmm, I like the idea of holding a pose for two minutes daily. Which one shall I choose?

Sherry, I'm so glad you joined in!

I already posted my day 1 meditation. Later I enjoyed Toaster/Beth's Holiday Yin Yoga, it was very nice!

I posted only a few hours before I went to bed but was lying in bed almost asleep when I realized I forgot to do it! I may do dolphin some days instead of DD bc it gets into my upper back more.

12/21 was Yoga for Real Beauty with Maya Fiennes. Lots of singing in this one.
2. Kundalini Yoga for Happiness Harmonjot Kaur
I need to get back to kundalini yoga. Thanks for the reminder.

Thanks, Pat! This will help me keep on track with my goal of doing yoga and meditation every day. Some days it may be one or the other, but I hope to do both.

12/22 - Day 2 - 10 minutes of silent meditation.

I never got around to an asana practice. A family gathering got postponed due to sickness and I used the freezing cold day to bundle up under blankets and read.

Karla, looking forward to seeing your Kundalini reports. I've been trying to reignite my KY spark again - for some unknown reason I completely fell off the bandwagon a few years ago.

Pat, a blanket and a good book sound so nice!

I remembered to do my downward dog last night before bed. 2 minutes feels like a long time!

Did my 2 minute DD today - I'm really enjoying that! I also taught yoga and did a YT practice with Yoga with Shaunneka.

I'm looking forward to seeing what results I achieve. Today's practice was very relaxing. I feel like melted butter.
