I remember looking at her routine long time ago since I am fan and found it pretty nice. She also was recently an Oxygen magazine cover model and shared her excitement with her fans.

Her 1st DVD series didn't call me, but I am getting EDGE BOOTY EXTREME 2!!! I saw that movement in the floor were she stand up with both feet and I was sold

Hello, I'm on my phone and having issues trying to post the link from EBE1. The link for EBE2 is not up yet. Maybe later on today or tomorrow. Ingrid is sending a discount code and I noted that accept PayPal.

Yesterday, I looked at EBE1 again and noted that there is a Single Leg Burnout workout. I think I will get the 1st series too just for that specific workout. The clip didn't appeal to me last year for some reason.

Yeah, JNL popped in my head too. That and a little like a female Sagi. My immediate reaction was nope, she's a bit too much for me, but then the workouts looked good, a bit advanced for my current state, but I can modify. I would like to see or read a little more, but I'm curious.

ETA: I am seeing a lot of up right rows in this short clip. Not a good move for my shoulders, but I wonder if it's as prevalent as it seems, or just how this was edited.

Hi Dela, good to "see" you again. You can always substitute at your convenience. I personally don't have problems with this particular exercise.

Let's see which one is more over the top Ingrid or JNL LOL I found them fun! Look good for the rest of the summer.

ETA: did you saw her side lunge range of motion? I do like to see this fitness model in real time to learn more techniques.

Good to see you too! Yes, I noticed that too, she is pretty amazing. I didn't buy JNL because she seemed too much for me, but I feel like I can deal with Ingrid, maybe cause she reminds me a bit of Sagi, and I liked him in Beast.

I gotta stop being injured so I can get back to trying new things!!

JNL is more about wooping and Ingrid is toughy like Sagi. I adore Sagi

Shawn T behave the same way in the Asylum. I have a feeling I will enjoy these workouts. Instructors like these motivate me and keep me awake at least.

Yes, she look amazing! Her husband is her PT and train competitors. The funny thing is that one of my best friends name is Ingrid and her demeanor is nothing like her. Besides she is not into fitness at all lol

I was thinking that light 1-2 pounds lateral, front or bent over raises instead of upright rows may work for you, maybe

Yes, thanks for the thoughts! I like front raises a lot, no clicking or pain when I do those
