Hi!

I think she will have a 4th of July sale - I think I bought my first batch of her workouts during a 4th of July sale a few years ago!! She has sales pretty frequently these days!

I have had triple threat sitting here forever,just tried it today and love the lower body work on it,but it skips so now I want to replace it! I wrote down several that were suggested here-getting better,beauty to the bone,sculpture,home improvement,so hoping the lower work is good on those too.Haven't tried any of her upper workouts yet,as I usually do tracy arms or hamelin.My shoulders and arms bulk easily.

she's had a lot of sales the past few months (when i started buying her stuff) I'm still making my way through the ones I have but tonight I did 2 different workouts (parts of them anyways) I was in the mood for floor legs so did Getting Better lower body section then decided on upper body but wasn't wanting to sit in a chair(I Know I could stand but still...) so put in Beauty to the Bone and did the upper body part of the first workout it had some stuff on the floor but a lot of standing as well for the biceps and shoulders - not wild about the shoulders and that's because she does different variations and I'm needing different weights but no time to keep switching easily. still one of my favorites of hers so far along with getting better and the unplugged 2000 series I sometimes do before bed.

I'm adding another rotation I came up w/!

I have been doing Jessica's Summer of Strength challenge, but my hip/SI joint/lower back are bothering me (I don't think it has anything to do w/ Jessica - just "me" and this happens sometimes). So, I thought of Margaret - her workouts are gentle yet effective and I can work out w/ weights w/out tweaking any of my injured areas.

Version 1:

Day 1 – Cardio & MR Upper & Yoga/CS
Day 2 – Cardio & MR Lower & Yoga/CS
Day 3 – Pilates or Fusion
Day 4 – Cardio & MR Upper & Yoga/CS
Day 5 – Cardio & MR Lower & Yoga/CS
Day 6 – Pilates or Fusion
Day 7 – Open - do something different day!

Version 2:

Day 1 – Cardio & MR Upper & Yoga/CS
Day 2 - Cardio & MR Lower & Yoga/CS
Day 3 Pilates or Fusion
Day 4 – Long Cardio & Yoga/CS
Day 5 – Long MR & Yoga/CS
Day 6 – Pilates or Fusion
Day 7 - Open - do something different day!

I don't love MR's ab work so I will use Pilates for ab work


I generally do my yoga or CS in the evening and most of my cardio is of the lower impact variety. w/ summer here and my energy levels higher I'm doing more walking.
