That looks like a great rotation! A question for MR fans, she has so many dvds, are the exercises different in most? I'am thinking of getting a couple next time she has a sale.

Mandie, she has good clips at her website. I asked that same question and she does have signature moves that you see repeated in the videos. Here is a Margaret Richard link in which I asked that same question. I so far have the following which do not repeat each other too much - and if they do, it's in a different sequence, with different music, background, etc., so I don't mind too much.
  • Getting Better
  • Good 'n Strong
  • Beauty to the Bone
  • Raising the Bar
  • Fight Age With Strength*

*Fight Age With Strength is completely different. Margaret does not use weights. It consists of four 25-minute routines that use a ball for isometric contraction and barre type exercises. It may not appeal to everyone, but it fits well in my rotation.

I love "Triple Threat. " The scenery is lovely fall colors (shot outdoors). She chapters by exercise so you can easily create your own workout.

Wow! What a timely thread! I have been doing this rotation:

30 min "walk" (I'm using Jessica's walking DVDs), Unplugged Episode, CS episode

I take breaks when needed and I also add in some extra walking and yoga/stretching when I can.

I love the ideas everyone has posted about this.

I'm thinking about switching things up and alternating days where I focus on either Margaret's workouts, CS, and Cardio. I do like the idea about adding some Pilates, too!

Donna, This is what I tried yesterday:

Margaret All My Best Vol 2 Part 2 (30 minutes)
Ballet Beautiful mat segment (15 minutes)
Kettlebells, lighter weight (14 minutes)

I also like the idea of splitting the days up. Since I started adding weights back into my workouts I'm burning more calories throughout the day and night, than with just barre or ballet. I'm using a Fitbit to track.

ETA: I purchased Beauty to the Bone and Getting Better yesterday. I've read the floorwork in Getting Better is amazing so I grabbed those two on her $10 off sale.

I'm sure there will be one soon. Margaret must be loving on us! as much as we're loving on her.

This is interesting that you're noticing a higher calorie burn since you added weights back in. Specifically MR weights or could it be the kettlebells also?
