Lower body results from Ultimate Yogi

Can anyone speak to their lower body results doing just UY? That is my trouble area and Im wondering if I will need to add anything to this. Thanks!

I'm on Day 62 of Ultimate Yogi. I love it - I did take a break last week, but the picked up right where I left off. I've lost a few pounds and have had people ask me what I've been doing, so apparently I look like I've lost more than I have, lol. My clothes are fitting better, and I do see a difference in my body all over. I've noticed that my butt is more lifted and rounded, but my legs seem squishy. I respond well to weight training, so once I'm done with Ultimate Yogi, I will continue doing yoga most days of the week but will also do traditional weight training with fairly heavy weights and/or kettlebell work 2-3 days a week. I also walk about a mile every morning and will keep that up.

Apart from aesthetics, I think the Ultimate Yogi has helped with glute activation. I had trouble getting my back leg up in standing split when I started, and I've gotten better at by learning how to use my glutes. That's been interesting.

Am I the only one that thinks that Travis sounds like he's inhaled helium?

No. UY is an excellent program but I simply could not deal with Travis's voice.

His voice always bothers me when I start, especially if I accidentally watch the intro, but I don't notice it once I'm actually doing the yoga. I haven't done UY enough or long enough to notice a lot of results, but I can say that the strength DVD is an amazing core workout! I feel it the next day, even when other core workouts don't seem to be working me much.
