Do you drink 8 cups a day, and if so, how do you do it?
I've been struggling with trying to increase my water intake to the recommended 8-10 cups a day, but I'm having a hard time. It causes a full stomach and bloating plus I wake up at 4 AM having to go to the bathroom and have a hard time getting back to sleep. Also, the only way I can get that much down is to start drinking again at 4 AM when I'm in the bathroom where I chug down 2 cups of tap water, and it's a yucky way to start the day. Any ideas?
