Found and bought at saver's for $2.99:
Trudie Styler Warrior Yoga

this was the only Trudie I needed in my Trudie collection. love the music from her husband Sting and the expert instruction with her trainer James D'Silva.

there were the usual DVD titles there - P90, couple of pink Firms, Jillian, lots of prenatal yoga DVDs.

ooooo......excellent Dabba!

that season was my first purchase and 2 segments of it was later proved useful in aiding my recovery from my self-inflicted shoulder injury!

Dropped off clothes at the thrift store yesterday and then went in to look around. I really hated to leave without these finds but I knew hubby would not be very happy that more stuff was spilling out of the gym. They had a TreadClimber for $20 and two Total Gyms for $10 apiece! I've wanted a Total Gym for several years now and a TreadClimber for a few. I hope they find a good home.

There is hope. Yesterday I found Classical Stretch Core Workout at a Thrift Store for $1. I already have it, but I had to buy it anyway just on principle. I also found a couple of other goodies, but the CS was the real find!
