Good morning!!

Yesterday:

KCM Build & Burn Trim & Tone Intervals, Dumbell Only premix

It was dark when I left my sister's yesterday so I did a quickie KCM routine when I got home. She moved very fast in this one and my back feels a little twingey today so I need to remember to slow it down a little.

PAT, love Winsor pilates. It's been awhile.

Waves to DONNA & BETH!

Happy New year everyone!!

Summer Breeze - that may be why I don't reach for my KCMs very often. The speed. It is why I like these "senior" channels, I don't really find them easy but they move at a slower pace so it is easier to use good form. I also think KCM may be too "serious" for me - I don't really have a goal to be ripped or shredded or anything - I mean, I want to be in good shape, but i don't want to kill myself getting there and I exercise for fun as well as "results"

I haven't done my workout yet today but i am planning on something with Ellen, I think.

Nice job, Pat!

Waves!

Greetings everyone! Yesterday featured:

~ Kassandra's 10 Minute Morning Meditation to Set Your Intention
~ Full PT routine
~ My own stretchy gentle yoga
~ 3,781 steps

Summer Breeze, now that you mention it - Kelly has fast transitions. For that reason I traded or sold all my "fast ones" and stopped doing pre-orders. All I have is weight workouts and a couple low key cardio.

Donna, I think Start Here is a good DVD. It's not too fussy or fast. The set (name escapes me) has a good flow to it, too. I've been enjoying the so-called "senior" channels, too, and don't think the workouts are necessarily easy. But the speed is more comfortable.

Does anyone have NYE plans? We're just going to stay home, have sheet pan salmon and vegetables, and watch the Twilight Zone marathon.

Waves to Beth!

Back with my workout report...

Ellen - Barre Arms (15 min)

Ellen - Bend & Extend - this is a new one on her channel. I liked it very much. I really felt it in my hamstrings (20 min)

Jessica Valent - Mindful Movement - this was a nice Pilates routine to end the year with.

Pat - we are staying in, and watching some of the Twilight Zone marathon, too. Was the set Build & Burn - with KCM?

Waves, everyone - happy New Year!

Donna
