Greetings everyone! Yesterday featured:
~ Kassandra's 10 Minute Morning Meditation to Set Your Intention ~ Full PT routine ~ My own stretchy gentle yoga ~ 3,781 steps Summer Breeze, now that you mention it - Kelly has fast transitions. For that reason I traded or sold all my "fast ones" and stopped doing pre-orders. All I have is weight workouts and a couple low key cardio. Donna, I think Start Here is a good DVD. It's not too fussy or fast. The set (name escapes me) has a good flow to it, too. I've been enjoying the so-called "senior" channels, too, and don't think the workouts are necessarily easy. But the speed is more comfortable. Does anyone have NYE plans? We're just going to stay home, have sheet pan salmon and vegetables, and watch the Twilight Zone marathon. Waves to Beth! |
