How many times have you done Margaret Richards' "Getting Better?"
I've done this workout probably hundreds of times. It is often recommended here for foot issues.
Getting Better (1996) I don't usually have foot issues, but it is a good one for when I have a sore hip or sore knees. (I modify the kneeling hamstring exercises to standing.) This workout is an unusual combination of relaxing and suffering! She kills you softly - with a smile!
