My gym membership, LOL. I joined through my insurance company, so it's easy to stop the membership.

Nothing recently. I have Joni O’ed all the DVD’s I’ve bought from Goodwill, I don’t like older dvds. I think I would have loved them back in the 90’s when I was in my 30’s, especially the Firms. But they don’t work for me now.

C Dorner (Youtube) aerobics with 80s music. I did not like her or the music. That was not the music I listened to in 80s. Made it about 20 minutes but could not stand another minute.

It's from a series called "Power Body," all workouts directed by Tamilee Webb. from this series, I only purchased the Jules Benson one, Angie Miller kettlebells and the strength one by Rob Glick. I found the Angie Miller one first, then saw that there were others in the series. there's a Dance one led by Christi Taylor and an interval one by Jody Trierweiler. Tamilee also directs another series called "Absolute Beginners" which include several different videos led by Amy Bento, Pam Cosmi, Angie Miller, Nekea Brown, and Jules Benson. I got a couple of these too.

Today I Joni-O'd Nancy Tucker and Firm Super Cardio Sculpt. I need to remember that there is a very good reason for each and every DVD to be in the "Goodwill" box. But, maybe just one more try after all these months or years .....

All the Right Moves, Grace Lazenby (awful music, disjointed workout, infomercial at lead in was just blech) I gave both to my sister so she can feel the pain, too. She hasn’t tried them yet or I would’ve heard.
