Jessica Smith and Leslie Sansone - Longer Workouts

I'm interested in longer workouts, preferably 5-Miles, and ones that don't require you to keep hitting play again or going back to the menu after each mile. In other words, I want a workout that simply plays straight through without interruptions.

I don't think that this Jessica Smith Walk-On 21-Day Weight Loss Plan would do. It seems to be separate 30-minute workouts.

Maybe this 10,000 Steps Weight Loss - Walk On: 5 Fat Burning Miles Walking Exercise DVD would do?

Or Jessica Smith Walk On: Walk the Weight Off 30 Day Plan (Low Impact High Results Program)?

Leslie's 5 Boosted Miles

Leslie's Walk Off Fat Fast

Leslie's Mix & Match Walk Blasters

I don't have any of the ones you listed, but I do have Jessica's 6 Walk Mile and there is a menu where you pick the combination of miles you want and it plays through them. I've only done two at a time, so not sure if you can pick more. Maybe someone else can chime in.

Thank you. I hadn't heard of that one. I'm willing to get it, but only if it allows me the option of playing the entire DVD all at once. I hope others will post also.

I have Jessica's 5 Fat Burning Miles - it's programmable, so you can pick as many segments as you like and string them together. The most I've done at a time is the warm up, three of the five walks, and the cool down.

Hi Negin,

I have ALL of those workouts you listed above and the newest one from Jessica called 6 mile walk. Just like Lorelai wrote above you can program them the way you want to program them. I have a few of them digitial download which is very nice and easy to work and a few of them in dvds and you can do that same also.

The only dvds I buy now is from Jessica and Leslie. Just depends on what you are looking for and such. Leslie is always pretty much the same stuff. Oh let me add this also about Leslie she does have a great set of dvds out there called Miracle Miles. Here is the link to it: http://store.walkathome.com/miracle-miles.html. I know she was just on QVC few weeks ago and they have it for sale on there also. I can look for you if you like. I got it via digital download myself when first came out late last year. VERY good workout set btw.

Hi, Negin

I don't have any of the ones you listed. I do have 5 day slim down-probably my favorite Leslie- it has 5 miles & plays through. I also have Ultimate 5 day walk plan which has 5 different miles & is programmable so you can walk up to 10 miles uninterrupted.

With Jessica's 6 Mile Mix you can chose the option to "Play ALL"

I'm glad there is the option to do 4-6 miles but I have a hard time even doing 30 minutes of either Leslie or Jessica although I love them both. I just get too bored! On the road I listen to audiobooks or walk with DH or a friend, but mostly I walk at home these days. Don't want to turn down the music and listen to a book or podcast with a DVD but it may come to that.

WOFF - 20, 30, or 40 minute option (no play all option)
Mix&Match - premixes: play all 104 minutes, 54, 35, 32 or choose up to 10 walks
