Can anyone tell me how many dvds in the set Leslie actually uses the stretch band for cardio? I was reviewing them on her site but it looks as though many workouts are absent the band. I would like to purchase the QVC set but not if the band isn't utilized much.

I have this set and I love it. All of the workouts in the set use the band. A lot of the "walking" is done without the band, but then she picks it up and does band work, then more walking, band work, walking.....

I just have a question...the set being sold on QVC is the exact same set as the Miracle Miles set on Leslie's website, yes? The only difference is the QVC set has free shipping.

I'm not certain, but I don't think the gloves are part of the set offered through Leslie's site. It seems odd (and uneconomical for Leslie) to create two different sets, but I thought they said that on QVC (or was it here?).

Ok, thanks Joni O and eeyore. I'm on the fence about this one because I'm wondering if it's too similar to the Jessica Smith Walk Strong 6 week set that I'm doing right now. I'm also thinking of buying the new Tony Horton 22 Minute Hard Corps that's coming out in March. That one and Leslie's are around the same price, although they are very different types of workouts. Decisions, decisions...

She sells the band by itself on her site and I read on VF that there is a similar/better one sold at Walmart. I also read that the gloves run large.
