I had to post other, because I do it because I like it. I just plain love to work-out. It started out 30 some years ago as a way to lose weight, but really soon, even around age 14, it was because I love it.

Sad but true....

I also workout for the professional image....I'm in a field where it's mostly boy's club so I have to present and look my best 24/7
