I've ordered from them three times, I think. The first two went smoothly. The third got backordered for months on end with little or no communications from them without my asking first. So I'll give them a thumbs-sideways.

Thanks, Rhonda and Pamela! I'm still on the fence about ordering, because for one thing, they're on the opposite coast and their slow-boat-to-China shipping might really take as long as a slow boat to China, esp. during holiday season. But your comments were very helpful.

I pre-ordered from them once, but ended up cancelling because as Pamela said, the item was backordered forever even though other sites had it in stock.
