Anyone still use their SmartBells?

I have one sitting in the corner that I haven’t used in years. I was thinking maybe I’d look for a YouTube SmartBell Workout and give it a go.

Like many of my other fitness purchases, it seemed like a good idea at the time...

I bought all the dvds too. had to have them. I just tried to give them to my son who laughed and said no thanks mom.

They really are so nice. I'm going to try a workout tomorrow.

I missed this fitness tool train.
I see they had a barbell system under the same name. Not sure whether they were the same company?

I loved mine at the time but, well, you know how it is.

i'd always wanted a set mostly because Lisa Wheeler had released DVDs using them.

i recently found the Gaiam kit version along with an Ana Caban DVD at a thrift store.

I still have mine, but rarely use them. I think the DH uses them for ab work sometimes.

I still have the Gaiam kit. The weights, hand-size, are quite a lot smaller than a Smartbell (which I had years ago).

When I read your comment I thought you were refering to this (?): https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=wqYfW6AKNYM

I never got the smart bell, I think it came out before I even joined VF.

the Gaiam weights are at 2#s each compared to SBs despite being smaller.
