What are your favorite Stephanie Huckabee workouts? I realize that I really like her style and cue instructions.

Love Jiggle Free Arms; I've had it for years and it's one of my top 10 favorite short workouts. It's a 30 min. cardio / heavy weight circuit for the upper body (obviously). Total Muscle Shaping is also great. It's a 45 min. cardio / heavy weight circuit (total body). I also like Ultimate Calore Blaster and Express Cardio (both all-cardio workouts).

Exactly the same for me! Super Body Sculpt is pretty basic and I wouldn't call it really fun, but it gets the job done in a short amount of time. I do think JFA, TMS, and EC are all fun and great workouts, with pretty good music.

I also love the original Powerfit, although I didn't love Powerfit Harmony. The cardio in Harmony was more basic than I'd like, without very motivating music (no offense to anyone who likes it!).
