10 Minute Carb Burner clip up @ collage

Just thought I'd let everyone know that the 10 Minute Carb Burner clip is up at collage.

This looks like it will be good to use as a warm-up before other workouts, or for use on a time crunched day.

Would someone please let me know when you see the "See's Candy-Burning Workout" for sale? I've been waiting for it to come out ever since I overindulged at Christmas...

LOL, the idea behind the title is that the first 10-minutes of your workout is burning carbs and after that you get into the fat burning zone. Crazy title, I know. I had the exact same thoughts you ladies are having about it.

I see a series in the making here: Hershey's Kiss-Burning Workout, Reese's Cup-Burning Workout, Mrs. Fields Cookie-Burning Workout, etc.

But I don't think I'd ever buy a workout with "carb-burning" in the title.

I agree the title is questionable, but I have to admit I kind of want this one. I could use some more "quick fix"-style cardio. So please don't just me for putting it on my wishlist!
