TaeBo Get Ripped series question
On Tae Bo Get Ripped beginner's DVD there is an awesome 8 minute workout. Is this 8 minute workout more like what the Get Ripped Advanced workouts are like? Not that I dislike these, but the music is so-so and while the speed allows for concentration, I just can't get motivated for these. Are the advanced more exciting or more like the 8 minute bonus?
