Buffmama, I'm pretty sure you would get similar results. However, keep in mind that some of the exercises are different in Xtrain, as are the reps/sets. Xtrain felt easier (though certainly not easy) than Gym Styles, Pyramids, and Pure Strength (have not tried my Legs and Glutes yet), but I had better results with this set, possibly because of all plyo work. Worked my legs differently (made them harder and more toned) and increased my cardio endurance.

ETA: This thread talks about how the Xtrain rotation is broken down generically, and how you can substitute any of the other Cathe dvds into the rotation.

OH, and for anyone that may have copied the 90 Day Undulating Rotation, please take a second look. According to this thread there was an error in the workout guide, and the Tabatacise workout should read Premix 2,3,4, or 5, not 12, 13, 14, or 15. I've corrected it above.

Thanks again Bubbles. I thought I had more of the Xtrain workout than I do. Turns out I only have 3. So now I'm thinking about Xtrain vs the new series... Or the new series and Xtrain when it goes on sale.....I'm doing Body Beast now so I shouldn't even be thinking these thoughts. It's not like I'm going to cheat on Sagi with Cathe.

Haha! Well, do you have STS or LIS? There are some great STS/Xtrain/LIS rotations out there.

Yup, I think the STS/LIS/XTrain is the one that makes the most sense (and should ease me into STS). But that doesn't stop me from wanting the rest of Xtrain.

Bubbles, thank you so much for typing these out. I've had Xtrain since it first came out and have yet to do one workout, and I cant find the user guide anywhere. Thanks to you, I'm going to start a rotation today!
