Richard Simmons is 75 and I think Leslie Sansone will be 63 this year!

I was in my late 20s or early thirties (I turn 50 this year) and my dad had several of her weight lifting books that he used.

Keli Roberts is almost 63; Mindy Mylrea is 61. Both of them are still on YouTube (various channels), doing workouts for seniors/beginners.

I was just talking to one of my daughters about my early VF days cause she was surprised there were still forums around. I started working out when I was pregnant with my youngest, and she just turned 20. I am 51 and my goals and the types of workouts I reach for are different than they once were but I am grateful to have found this site and to have discovered so many wonderful instructors who are still going at it and continue to be an inspiration.

Michelle Dozois - 57
Jari Love - 58

Both are still actively working in the fitness industry.

Jessica Smith - from an article in 2015, Jessica Smith was 35, and her mom Debbie, was 59.

So in 2024, Jessica Smith will be 44, and mom Debbie Smith will be 68.

Oh, Gilad is another good one - I used to do his exercise videos on ESPN (and sometimes tape them!) before I actually bought any VHS exercise tapes.
