I would definitely use that step but only on my rubber floor, it wouldn’t slide on that. It seems a good height and energy return. My only concern would the centre of the board over time, would it crack? I felt that way about The Kathy spring board too, loads of fun with an edge of worry.

I think someone posted that the Kathy Smith springboard broke on her. I always thought it seemed neat.

I still use my power step that Kathy uses in that video It still is in good shape after 15 years . I would love that other step . It would be nice if another company would bring them to Canada.

Pono Ola board

Interesting step. Wonder if it does help with reducing the stress on the knees and ankles?

This reminded me of Chris Freytag Pono Ola board. In looking at the site again, seems company is promoting it as balance board for fitness. Before it was just using for standing desk.

I just might go with this instead of bosu. I'm always afraid I would twist my ankles using bosu ball.
