I caved too, did a 30 min with Jordan & a 10 min with Christa Joy. I’m very pleased, think this is going to be a great sub for me!

I love those 10 minute workouts. Such great add ons.

Jordan and Christa Joy are faves of mine.

Are any of the workouts more like traditional barre? If so, how do I find them?

Question fast forward?

I don’t have a fast forward option in these workouts, is there and I’m not seeing it? There is a red bar as it plays and when I try to drag it forward, it doesn’t go. Is anyone else having this issue?

No I would say it’s not like traditional barre, but I’ve only done a few workouts. Seems like more big movements, very little moves using a barre, yoga poses here & there. It works for me as I like that.

I believe there are lots of B3 workouts on YouTube.

You can go forward or back by 15 second increments if you use in Chrome.
I haven’t tried to drag recently.

I think most of their newer stuff is more cardio-barre than traditional barre. Their old DVDs are more traditional barre.

Agreed. I notice that more of the movements are times based vs rep based. I think of it as low impact cardio with minimal weight work. I’m really enjoying combining these with my strength work.
