Come join the vf fall nyc get-together!
It's time for a fall get-together in NYC!
The date is Sunday, November 6th! The place is Bari Studio in TriBeCa at 23 Leonard Street. Time: 11:10 a.m.. Our last get-together earlier this year was at Exhale for a barre class and yoga class, and we had a great time in the classes and chatting at lunch. As far as which class to take, how would you like to take a class at either the Bari Studio in Tribeca or a class at AKT in Motion? Both of these places got very good reviews and sound like a lot of fun. It looks like it's $37 for a single class at AKT in Motion, and $35 at the Bari Studio (they offer 2 classes for that price for new people). I know there are a lot of VFers in the NYC area, and it's always a GREAT time getting together to share our common interest in fitness! Who's interested? |

Sundays are easier for me. I took a look at youtube and Bari looks a little all over the place, but fun. And trampolines! With TRX! Playing with toys I don't have is always fun.
 Thanks Abbe for planning this. I had a great time at the past get togethers and meeting new VFers would be great!

Bari sounds like a ton of fun!
I can work with either Saturday or Sunday, whatever the group likes best.

Hi buffmama and sanchiababy! I'm happy that you want to come again! Let's aim for one of the Sundays, either October 30 or November 6th. I liked the look of Bari with all the toys, too! It looks like fun, but so does AKT.
Anyone else interested in coming? |

AKT in Motion is by Anna Kaiser, and combines cardio, strength and flexibility in one workout. There are lots of videos on YouTube that show different workouts by AKT. They also have on demand videos. AKT looks really good.

Hi Abbe, thanks for organizing this. I would prefer the Nov. 5-6, as I expect that the previous Saturday I'll only just be returning from LA.
I am aiming to relocate out to LA in November, so I'd love to do this get-together!

Anyone of the days, looks good. My goal is to show up this time and not flake.
AKT looks like fun and so does Bari. Have a lot of friends that do Bari. Either one, Id love to try! Also ModelFit looks amazing.
