Vera LaRo- Strong Day 2- Legs, Thighs, & Glutes No Repeats

This workout kicked my butt. This series might be a bit too advanced for me. Training like this 5 days a week might be a bit much. I'll continue with it, but if I feel too drained I'll have to move on to something else, or drop down to just 3 of her workouts a week.
