I have successfully ignored all Classical Stretch discussions until now, but I am working on a 400-lb. squat (Please, please, please!) and I am really sore.
Are any of these just stretches? I don't need to work out any more than I do, I just need to stretch. Calmly. The athletic stretch sounds promising, maybe? Katie |

fluffydogfan - ti's active stretching. I usually do this after all workouts (when I can/have time and it reduces domes and makes me feel good.

I HAVE it. I've got Full Workout Volume I and it COMES with Athletes Intense Stretch (hah, that tells you how much i do it, eh?). So nope. This does not get purchased by me. Hopefully i can trade for Arms/Abs, Legs/Butt eventually and stop taking it out from the library. (or I can sell volume I to get the volume).
