He has a lot of fantastic clips.

He has recently done the "re-inspiring" series for Providence, FirePower, and Newport.

Wow, that's a very helpful clip--thank you for posting it.

I've never been able to to the TGU right. In doing his 21-step thing I see that my shoulder (on the side that touches the ground) twinges during the "Step-13-14-15" part. I can't get past that part!

I think I need to do some more shoulder mobility work.

Great link. I love TGU's the way some people love pushups, and the original 7-step video he mentions helped me fine-tune mine. This one is even better - looking forward to the part 2.

Great video, thanks for sharing. I have one small problem with some of Anthony's clips. It seems he is always getting us to buy more stufff. Initially it was kettlebells, I was fine with that. The first thing he says in this video is that TGUs should be done with "vintage dumbells", not kettlebells. After kettlebells, he was high on bandit loops (sort of a precursor to RIP60 and TRX). You hardly ever hear him mentioning bandit loops these days. Then it was Ropes Gone Wild. Now it is vintage dumbells and barbells. If you notice, any video he has made in the last year call for some subset of all this stuff. I'm sure it's all good but is sort of makes you wonder "If I buy this, what will he recommend next?". Does he think we have unlimited workout space? Is it just me being cranky or does anyone else notice this?

Steve, you're right. I've made the same comment in the past. It's too bad, because his workouts and clips are great.

I knew from the start I was doing it wrong because I found it to easy. The straight leg not touching the ground is the tricky part
