I didn't find it to be much harder. I thought some of the moves were more awkward. Additionally, while the first one combines cardio and strength, the second one has 30 minutes of cardio and then 30 minutes of strength. There are premixes with cardio and strength though. Music in both is fantastic, and it's easy to modify up or down.
