Jen - You deserve some good news and how great that you got answers and a good outcome. Take your time coming back. Do what you can and don't worry about what you can't.

I'm glad you're doing so well, that's fabulous news.

I had a hysterectomy a few years ago too, and though I did feel better, I had abdominal pain for a year. I assumed that was normal, my doctor didn't seem too alarmed, but one day I took some Tums and the pain went completely away. Guess I had digestive issues? Anyway, I've felt much better since then. I have struggled to get stronger because I kept overdoing it, then backing off and not doing enough.

For me, very slow and very steady, very gradual progress is the only way to go.

Back then, I do remember limiting myself to walking and the standing Classical Stretch workouts, because anything to do with getting up and down from the floor was uncomfortable and not something I wanted to do for at least the first three or four months, if not longer.

Just wanted to give you some encouragement, things do get better. I'm glad you're not facing more treatments right away.

I'm very happy for you, that the surgery went well and you feel so much better. I can imagine feeling better must make you so happy. And that's awesome they got all the cancer. Sending good thoughts for continued healing to you.
