+1 for Jenny Ford. She has a bunch of free content, as well. I really like her.

I love Jenny, she is so likeable & generous with her freebies on youtube.

There's a Cathe one called Basic Step and Body Fusion. There is also a Cathe workout called Low Impact Step that is pretty basic. I second the votes for Gin Miller's Simply Step and Debra Mazda's step workout. Those are low impact but long and tough. The Gin Miller workout has a lot of TIFT though.

Thanks for the heads up on the TIFTing. After so many years of enjoying more advanced choreography combos, I think the boredom of TIFT in a basic workout might be a deal breaker for me.

Thanks to all, again, for the replies. Jenny Ford has so many on her channel...amazingly generous as yogapam said.

I recall years ago one of Charlene Prickett's videos that seemed to be a slower pace.

Yes, I was wondering if anyone had mentioned Charlene Prickett's videos. Jessica Smith has a few step workouts that are not too complicated or speedy.

I often do step workouts on the floor these days.
