Best Kickboxing System?

I have enough DVDs...but I don't. I know you understand.

I'm big into kickboxing these days - DVDs and live classes, can't get enough, just scored a groupon for a local place that includes gloves, trash picked a heavy bag a few months ago - bliss! I currently have the following in my cart at Amazon for consideration (not for purchase, not all of them, heavens, no...not...all at once...)

Get Addicted Boxing Heavy Bag Workout By Addiction Fitness 6 DVD Set
Rushfit Georges St-Pierre 8 Week Ultimate Home Training Program
Les Mills Combat
BAS-RUTTEN MMA Workout CD and DVD
Cage Fitness (the $100 off deal floating around...)

Open to suggestions, too. I'm slightly turned off by Cage Fitness - looked like more grappling/rolling on the floor? And even with $100 off it's a bit much for me to justify to DH (not that I tell him everything), but of course I liked the idea of the dummy. I really like the energy and speed of Turbo Jam and Turbo Fire as well as Amy Bento's In the Ring and Kickbox Surge (I found Rumble to be not quite intense enough, but it had a heavy bag bonus section, woot!). Also like Criss Cross Cardio with Sherri Jacquelyn and Cathe's MMAs. I want a system so I get a lot of options at once in terms of length and intensity of the workouts. I probably won't do a rotation because I love to mix and match, depending on my mood and how much time I have.

Any opinions are greatly appreciated.

You could try some of the free fitness blender kickboxing videos. At least this won't cost you money.

Hey there, I have been a long time fan of kickboxing, I generally get my fix now by going to a local UFC gym for the heavy bag classes, but still do my dvds at home too.

If I had a bag, I would probably pick up the Addiction set.

Rushfit is not really a kickboxing set, it's more metabolic work, not sure if there is a kickboxing dvd in the set though.

BAS-RUTTEN MMA Workout CD and DVD LOVE THIS!!!! Even without a bag, these are great workouts, with a bag, they are amazing. Listening to the punch combos instead of watching it, really lets you get into the punches. I have even done these in a hotel gym in the corner, granted, lots of funny looks, but I don't care.

Les Mills Combat set is not as good as the one Combat workout in the Les Mills Pump set. I like them, but I don't love them, and I find them too slow at times, especially they way they do their kicks. They often do a kick, then do a couple weird hops backwards then another kick, it doesn't get my heart rate up at that pace. I do like the instructors a lot though, and the music is good if you turn on the "pumped up" option.

Ilaria Montagnani PowerStrikes 5 and 6 are awesome, I love 4 too, but I think it's the mildest of them all. These are all low impact, but I love the workouts and Ilaria, and still get a great calorie burn in the end without having to do a "killer" workout.

For a change of pace, but still in the MMA family, you might want to look at Tapout XT. It's a lot of MMA style moves and training, but not as much kickboxing. I really enjoyed these when I was doing them.

People seem to really like the Susan Chung RapidFire workouts. I can't seem to connect them, not sure what it is, but it's worth taking a look at the clips.

If I think of any more I'll come back and post.

Thanks for the link - I'll definitely check it out. Since I don't usually stream workouts I'm wondering if these can be easily burned onto a disc...?

dela, thanks so much for all that info! You definitely narrowed some things down for me. I have workouts by Ilaria and Susan Chung on my holiday exchange wishlist, so I'll hold off on exploring those until after my Santa decides if I've been naughty or nice.
