Pat, due to your recommendation, I looked for Kassandra's Chill Out Yin, but couldn't find a practice with that title. Is it this one?
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=sVqH6qPDdh0 I agree that I love yin with the bolster and often add it in when the instructor doesn't use it. Happy Tuesday all!

ETA - it says it in the image for the video. What are those called, anyway? https://www.youtube.com/results?sear...=chill+out+yin |

When you make your own videos, those title graphics are just called "thumbnails" - most instructors choose to add ones that have both names and images. I try to make my names on the thumbnails the same as the title I gave the video!

I did my Cee workout and then wound up doing this yin practice today:
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=E7vkZJbbU3Y&t=931s It was very nice - loved the side-lying with the blocks! (You could also do it with a bolster. )

Oh, I know! Videos are like books - way too many choices and I'm always behind!

Good morning all, not much to report here. It was just too precious a day to stay indoors for my strength slot, so I walked down to my osprey nest to take field notes. Unfortunately I think the nest is abandoned. A parent had been spending most of the time standing on the side of the nest, which indicates the presence of chicks. There were no parents during my visit, not even flying overhead, and the nest looks disheveled. Fortunately the Barefoot nest is thriving.
Beth, I love that pose with two bolsters. I could fall asleep there. Good morning to all! |
