Sherry,
Yeah, she is the Queen of the forward hinge!! Not me. I’m pretty chill about my workouts and definitely NOT serious! So, if I don’t work everything than I’m totally fine with that!! I just want a general total body workout. I have tried to like floor work but I just don’t. I hate it. I really do!! I don’t know why!! I had changed my philosophy to never working out in a way I don’t enjoy. So, no floor work for me! |

Sherry you're amazing! I think Life Force would be perfect! Although a step and body bar are shown, both tools are optional. From what I remember from Life Force (it's been awhile, so I could be mistake) the body bar is just used for balance. The step is just used for additional intensity. I really like this workout for low impact cardio.

I think Anni Mairs Life Force would be good. Her Jump Force and Cardio Force are a little more demanding, but they are basically the same idea. Her Core Force has floor work for abs so you probably want to avoid that one. There is an old Gilad workout called Step and Tone that uses weights while stepping. I've done it without the step before because the foot work is very basic. There is also a Leslie Sansone DVD called Burn Body Fat. It's her usual "marching" but it uses light hand weights for most of it.
