I don't have anything much against the "Breathless Body" except that I think it's poor choice of words conjure up a negative image of a lifeless body in my mind, which means I'm probably not going to buy the video no matter how good it may be. It is unfortunate that some makers of fitness vids don't give more thought to what they name a workout. They've got instant feedback now where they can field test things and still they don't seem to tap into that resource. Wasn't it GAP or Old Navy that had instant feed back about their logo and decided to stick with the original logo? The title of a workout (well, to be fair, among other things) has deterred me from buying the workout on several occasions. I think workouts should inspire you to workout not play on your insecurities and make you self-conscious. (Yeah I'm talking to you FIRM Jiggle Free's, Shape Bikini titles, Dance Your A$$ Off, Bum-Bum workouts and a whole slew of other derogatory/condescending references to our anatomy.)
