Best Workout Video Titles?

Which workout video titles do you think are the best, most clever, most creative, etc.? I know we all complain about the Maxes, Fat Burning Cardios, etc., but not all videos are named alike.

I'm not being sarcastic here, so let's save Just Bra Roll & Boobs or Women with Balls for another thread, even if they are creative.

My personal favorites:

Cathe's Step, Jump & Pump and Kick, Punch & Crunch
These titles actually tell you what's in the videos, and they're clever without being too cutesy.

Kari Anderson's Angles, Lines & Curves, Curl, Go, Reach, Push, etc.
These titles have grown on me. At first I found them kind of odd. Who'd want an exercise video about angles, and why use single verbs? But like Kari they have an understated grace (or maybe I'm just transposing my image of Kari onto them).

Marcus' Twirl - boy, do you ever!

Patrick's Kitchen Sink Conditioning - Of course, "Everything BUT Kitchen Sink Conditioning" would be more accurate!

Hi.
I think Charlene Prickett has some of the best titles. Charlene and the Bench Boys, Women With Balls and I can't think of others off the top of my head. I have Get the Fat Off and it lists lots of funny titles on the back.

This is purely a personal bias, but I love Marcus Irwin's Aerobic Engineering, Step Construction and 4 by 4 step. Why? Because I write for a magazine that covers the civil engineering and construction industry!

I have to agree. "Women With Balls" cracks me up every time I see it in the Collage catalogue.

I also think it's interesting to hear all the fusion workout names they come up with by combining "genres"--yogilates, stripilates, etc. It makes me want to come up with new ones, like Cardio Hula Box or Salsa Bootcamp. Hip-hop-strip-rope? Taebollet?

I think you're on to something here! I would totally buy a workout by Billy called TaeBollet!
