I don't have much luck either. Not much thrifting in my area, or at least none that I'm aware of. The closest Goodwill is 30 minutes away.

I found these in a thrift store today, in part of the city that I don’t get to often:
TurboJam Cardio Party Mix 3
Jane Fonda’s Original Workout
Stott Pilates’ Advanced Mat Workout 3rd Edition
Rodney Yee’s Power Yoga Flexibility

Recently I found these at Thrift Stores:
DanceX Everybody’s Workout with Kenn Kihiu***
Special Ops Fitness System One by Mark DeLisle***
Classical Stretch - Age Reversing Workout 2 Disc Set
They also had another that I think was just Miranda talking
Flow Yoga for Beginners with Rodney & Colleen Yee
Cathe’s Total Muscle Sculpting — Never Heard of this one from 2005!!!

From Mary’s Used DVD List:
Amy Dixon’s Breathless body HITT It Big, Volume 3
Essentials Level 4 Core Performance ***
Twist Sport Conditioning Series: CorePower***

*** These are ones that I have never of, nor could find any reviews on internet, but decided to take a chance. A way to get “new”, unknown workouts these days.
Anyone tried these or heard of them?

Is this the same as Total Body Sculpting which is on Cathe's Low Impact Step DVD from 2005?

I've done Low Impact Step but never the Total Body Sculpting part of it. And then once I bought a Total Muscle Sculpting/Total Body Stretching DVD (2 discs in a slim case) from 2005 and I think I remember being disappointing that Total Muscle Sculpting was the same as Total Body Sculpting on the Low Impact Step DVD. I could be wrong though as I only use the step part and haven't ever paid attention to the muscle/sculpting bit or the stretch disc either to be honest.

Well, the VF reviews section seems to confirm my understanding. Here's the latest review:

For clarification - I'm almost certain the following is the case:

"Low Impact Step" was originally released as "Total Cardio Step"
"Total Body Sculpting" was originally released as "Total Muscle Sculpting"
They were separate DVDs.
Amazon still have a 3 DVD set of "Total Cardio Step + Total Muscle Sculpting + Total Body Stretching" available.

Cathe.com only has the one dvd with Low Impact Step with (BONUS!) Total Body Sculpting, but the cover image is identical to Total Cardio Step.

Hope this helps.

And just to muddy the waters a bit more...
There is also a Cathe slimcase DVD floating around that has the cover title "Total Cardio Step" which has the following workouts: Basic Step, Low impact Step, and Body Fusion.

Thanks for the info adawn and fanofladyvols! I thought it was strange that there was a unknown DVD of Cathe's out there. I probably already have it, I will check out your ideas.

someone might know more, but i believe that these were re-packaged and sold with equipment, namely a step co. step.

Had a day of thrifting with my brother.
I saw some of the same old, same old as the thrift stores in my area - lots of Jillian, Billy, And Turbo Jams.

But, I came home with:
The Firefighter's workout $2
Shiva Rea power flow yoga $2
Power 90 $1 - this was my weight loss success story program. I wrote about it here
The last place we went had 4 different Leslie's, clearly from a set utilizing body boost cables. I just grabbed the one with the 3 1- milers on it as I already own plenty of 3 and 4 mile Leslie's I don't do.

I also snag a #2 weight for sixty cents. I inherited one and I could not find another so I'd have a pair.

Kitten, I just did a couple of segments of Total Body Solution, which is a BB program, and at the end, there was a P90 ad.

I need a thrift store run! I was thinking maybe next Sunday since the local Goodwills have 99-cent sales on Sundays.

Today I picked up the Abs Diet for Women workout. I'm 99% sure I don't have it. There are some dance ones there that I keep forgetting to see if I have. I also found 2 pair of Columbia pants, the same ones I like for summer hiking, so I picked those up for $7 apiece. Yay!

Not sure if I posted lasted time I went that I found two sports bras with tags still attached that ended up fitting perfectly and with enough support. So excited! I'd love to have a few more like them.
