Lynn, it's this one. Yes, I guess when you make a lot of workouts it's hard to come up with original titles!
Cynthia, have a wonderful trip! So exciting. Diana, glad to hear the children's class went well! The church we go to here is small but growing. It's one of just two non-Catholic churches in Porto (and there are only a handful in Portugal as a whole). People will travel 1.5 hours each way to come. The good news is the church is starting a youth group in a few weeks. A couple has volunteered to lead it. DD now has two friends her age there, which is so nice, and now a youth group will be great for her. I won't be working out for a few days, as some friends of ours (a musician couple) are flying in from the U.S. tomorrow and staying with us before going to see some other parts of Portugal. So that will be fun! Please keep praying for my sister. She still doesn't have her results. I got my gyno exam today. Mammogram was not so painful (not as tight), and the tech said this is because ultrasounds are the main exam. The doctor herself did those (upper and pelvic) and told me my results as she went: everything is normal. She says doctors are well-trained with ultrasound here, and it's so much better because no radiation. In and out in under an hour. Least stressful gyno exam ever.
