I just did 3 of the workouts. Love the unique moves. So happy to have found this. It's a keeper

Pam, that's great when you recognize an instructor in another workout.

Bzar, way to persevere! I have been on both sides of that return hunt. In fact, I have felt so burnt over past unfruitful returns that I generally lean towards purchasing than leaving.

Picked up Asylum Volume 2 at a used bookstore...my buddies from check-ins know how silly it was for low-key me to purchase. But my curiosity got the better of me. I haven't even previewed but will post my thoughts once I do.

I've been forgetting to post my finds! I found 3 Gilad DVDs last week: Core & More, Power & Grace, and Cuts & Curves. Core & More had a different disc inside, but it's also a Gilad (Express Workouts DVD 2). I don't have many Gilad workouts, so I was happy to find them.

My local Goodwill has raised prices slightly. DVDs are now $2.19 (up from $1.99). Also, they were allowing returns for a while, but now will only do returns for clothing and electronics. I'm bummed they changed the return policy. If I was undecided on a DVD (or couldn't remember if I had it!), I was more likely to purchase than leave it behind since I knew I'd be able to return it if I changed my mind later on.

Today a found a two DVD set for beginners from Yoga Boost. I did the Stress workout. It was very gentle and relaxing. Glad I took a chance on it!

I also found a Jessica Smith Burn Fat & Have Fun. Since I already have this one, I will put it up on Share the Wealth along with some other workouts.

Got TheRack dvd system for $1.50. I don't have TheRack equipment but the preview looks like I can easily substitute some moves with the dumbbells I have. I think my Fit Tower will be able to get in on some of the action. I like the production,instructor,and set. It looks like a great random buy.
