Anyone else starting STS soon?

Yes, all the announcing of STS2 has me getting out my STS DVDs and well, I'm going to start on Oct3.

I've never actually completed a full rotation of STS. I want to say I did a full STS rotation before I die LOL

I've also been tempted - I've only ever gotten to like week 3 of Meso 2! I signed up for a yearly Les Mills subscription (couldn't resist the discount) yesterday and want to spend some time with Pump, Grit, and Core, Step, and Tone. I am super excited about STS 2!

I’m planning on it - weirdly, I just bought STS. I don’t know whether I’ll start tomorrow or late October 😂 and I plan to do two workouts a week instead of three, so I’ll go through the program slower. I’ll watch for a checkin, would be glad to join in!

I'll consider possibly joining. If I did, I would do a modified rotation of strength work only. I bought them when they were first released and did almost a full rotation, but by Meso 3 I think I quit a couple weeks early. I've wanted to try it again, as it's been so long. I've pulled it out a few times before to do select workouts, but all the equipment (and pushups) get a bit much, so we'll see...

Sat: Shock Cardio…Step Moves plus Ab Circuits Yoga based Abs

I don't own STS, but was able to view it. One of things that intimidated me personally was all the reps in the first mesocycle. It was just too much, and I was a lot fitter than I am these days.

I'm never going to go as heavy as many here. I'm not planning on loading a barbell with 60 lbs of plates. It's just too much for me. Kudos to all who can do it, but it's not me.

Good luck and happy lifting to all who do this rotation. I will be cheering you on.

I'm working towards it! I have too much fluff to see any spectacular results and I haven't lifted weights in 5 months so I'll need to start an easier rotation first.

I did Disc 1 this evening and it was hilarious! I did 45 total pushups on my knees (to Cathe’s 120 on her toes) and I was damn proud of myself. I subbed equipment liberally-for example, no barbell- and it still looked like Perform Better exploded in my room. But it was fun! I don’t think I would ever do this series if I was working full time. I’d never have the patience. 😂

This is me too. Also I've never been successful following any program, I guess my attention span is lacking, haha. I'm excited for all of those who are excited!
