My apologies if this channel has already been mentioned. I came across him today and really enjoyed the w/o. Workouts are primarily weight lifting 30-45 min and some Cardio HIIT 20 min. No talking, but there is music. Pointers and weights he uses are on the screen. He does not include a warm up or stretch.

The “Walk Run Lift”. workout clip reminded me of the old Nell McAndrew workouts that I loved. They were region 2 (UK) dvds and much of it was walk/run in place. They use light weights and not bands. The weight work is effective because your arms were mainly kept shoulder height and above for extended reps.
Anyway since I was reminded thought I’d check YouTube and sure enough, here’s one full length one: https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=kYHxnlgUOKU ETA: Well that was the one workout of Nell’s that was shorter and didn’t use weights. The rest of her workouts on YouTube have been shortened into parts. Here is what the weight section on one looks like: https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=19ILv8...WInwKe&index=5 BTW they are great rebounder workouts. |

I have been enjoying Julia Reppel’s mobility workouts lately. I have tried four so far. I am not a yoga person at all, and these are right up my alley:
