oldie but goodie that is all standing:
Kathy Smith Functionally Fit Lower Body Firming DVD 1996 also included on this compilation: Yoga Sculpt 2007 or Yoga Sculpt 2013 VF Review: http://www.videofitness.com/reviewsd...ew.php?id=1510 This is a very "unsung" workout - unassuming, short and to the point, but yeesh - very intense.

Hi, Lora!
While these are not specifically for glutes, my favorite kitchen-counter moves are plies, squats, attitudes, glute lifts and any kind of stretch I can think of that involves using the counter like a barre. My square kitchen is also good for walking lunges, and I do Leslie's 4 basic steps often, while waiting for water to boil or during commercials while cleaning up after dinner. (Little TV in kitchen makes heinous chores less, well, heinous! ) |

In line with Sandrine's post, what I'd do is try to fit in some of the 10-minute glute-focused Exhale Core Fusion workouts, as a refresher, and then use some of those moves "on the run". Those tiny barre moves - little leg lifts in different positions, plies, etc. - are killer for the glutes!
