I swear that The Firm with the fanny lifter step is working miracles for me and it wasn't even on my list of things that needed repair with my body. I do Maximum Body Shaping the most, with Tracie Long, but even at that, over the last few months haven't done it a lot and gotten great results. They also have Standing Legs which is a killer. Get yourself a 12-16 inch step, do one of those workouts a week and I swear that will do it.
