It's a little bit too long for me. It does have some good standing Pilates. Although it's not chaptered, it does have sections & you can advance it. Also, an express version was released in a compilation DVD (of express premixes) The Firm Total Body Makeover. I prefer this express version.

I like this one a lot, more than Sculpt &Tone Pilates. I usually do the whole workout, but it is nice that it has clearly defined sections, if you need to do a shorter workout.

I've only done the original long format once, so can't give adequate kudos to that one, but really enjoy the express version a lot! I enjoy Robyn instructing and find her manner and the beauty of the work very refreshing & uplifting.
